Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bhelas.co.za, Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address to be given to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the 

Unfortunately we DO NO REFUND however we do exchange. 

We will only refund you if we (bhelas) are at fault.

Once you receive your order you have 14 days to return the item to us should you discover some defects. All you have to do is reach out. 

Just a few important things to go over:

If you receive the wrong order, get a defective item, or have missing accessories you can ship your item back for free. If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let us know within 3 business days so we can contact the courier company before the their cut-off period.

Also note, we (bhelas) will only cover shipping/courier fees if we (bhelas)are at fault.

 

3 months warranty…

Sometimes issues only appear after prolonged use, which is why we provide you with a 3 month warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers hardware defects. 

The warranty doesn’t apply to wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation. Oxidation means getting your device wet in any way, by the way. The warranty will also no longer be valid if your item is repaired or tinkered with by anyone other than the us(our refurbishers), so if you come across any issues, reach out to us first!

Other things to keep in mind when returning your item;

Don’t forget to remove all personal data and to factory reset the item before returning it. And of course, remove your SIM card and make sure you include all the accessories that came with the item (e.g. the charger, any cords, etc.) before securely packaging everything to send back.
