Once you receive your order you have 15 days to return the item to us should you discover some defects. All you have to do is reach out.

If you receive the wrong order, get a defective item, or have missing accessories you can ship your item back for free. If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let us know within 3 business days so we can contact the courier company before their cut-off period.
3 months warranty.
Sometimes issues only appear after prolonged use, which is why we provide you with a 3 months warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers hardware defects.
The warranty doesn’t apply to wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation. Oxidation means getting your device wet in any way, by the way. The warranty will also no longer be valid if your item is repaired or tinkered with by anyone other than the us(our refurbishers), so if you come across any issues, reach out to us first!
Other things to keep in mind when returning your item.
Don’t forget to remove all personal data and to factory reset the item before returning it. And of course, remove your SIM card and make sure you include all the accessories that came with the item (e.g. the charger, any cords, etc.) before securely packaging everything to send back.
